It's not yet a long vacation, but I have gone to the place where my grandfather was born. Even though I didn't stay long. Next, I will talk in detail about that trip. Topic 1: Write about your fitness and eating habits.

  I don't care too much about my body shape, but for me health is the top priority, with good health we can do everything easily. Next I will show you my workout and eating habits. Next is my fitness habits. Actually, I don't exercise much. Every morning I wake up and do a few simple exercises and walk around the neighborhood. In the afternoon, I go play soccer with my friends. Sometimes there will be days when I have a class schedule or am busy on that day so I have reduced the number of times I go to play soccer to 2 days a week. I still maintain that until now. As for food, I usually eat dishes like chicken, pork, beef and vegetables. especially vegetables because they contain a lot of fiber and are good for health. Besides, I advoid eating fast food because when I eat too much, my health will not be good and my weight will be out of control.  To be able to continue training, sometimes I will reward myself with a few snacks to avoid cravings and attention to my health...
